The Sac Bee is noting some interesting comments coming out of Kiffin mouth over the past few weeks. Most notably, Kiffin is challenging the selection of the those that are on the current roster. And further making comment that Kiffin might want to move some of the "dead wood" were it not for the "dead wood" that is at the helm of the ownership.
Here is an interesting question...so early in the preseason. Does Kiffin make it through the season as head coach of the Raiders?

It was an interesting article - is Kiffin talking about JaMarcus in those that are Deadwood? (JaMarcus is more likely dead meat given his O-line.)
Kiffin will finish the season because Al is too cheap to replace him.

I think JaMarcus is looking pretty good. All these young, talented dudes will start to get pretty frustrated at the lack of chemistry pretty soon. Let's just see how long it takes for the system to break down.
Here's a challenge: without looking it up, can you name all the Raiders' coaches since Flores? Or too many to memorize?
