Sims v. Harris

It seems Kwame Harris is doing pretty well in silver and black, at least in run blocking. I haven't heard or seen anything about Barry Sims. Since the two teams swapped OTs, it will be interesting to see who got the better of that deal.

Niners or Raiders?

Trying again

I've watched both of the Niner preseason games and Sims hasn't played much, so hard to judge how he is doing.

Kawme is a fuck up in games. Doesn't surprise me that he is doing okay run blocking in preseson. But wait to a passing down in a game - just keep adding an extra 5 yards to each seires of downs. (Mr. False start.)

So under the addition by subtraction theory even if Simms does nothing the Niners win this deal. (Add Kawme to the long list of poor 49ers first round draft choices.)

Kwame is wearing a shock collar now, so the false starting is beginning to wane. Amazing what a little electricity will do for your discipline.

Interesting question Martino...I was actually a pretty big Sims fan for a while. And much of what I heard about Harris was not good. I guess what Larry is suggesting is that for every series that starts at first and 10...should really be considered first and 15. That said, think of JaMarcus's stats for the season...the boy will be closing in on all passing records for yards and TD's by week 12.

Passing records by week 12? I thought you were going to be a running team this year? I think Rob and Chad Johnson smoke from the same crack pipe. (Yes, Chad said last week that he could beat Micheal Phelps in swimming right now.)

I know this isn't the forum for this comment, but Phelps rocks!
